return and refund policy
At Chicley.de we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase from us, however if you are dissatisfied for any reason, we offer the following returns and refunds policy.
return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also retain the original packaging and tags.
refund
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Please note that we will only refund the purchase price of returned items. We will not refund any shipping or handling charges.
exchange
We do not accept direct exchange requests. If you wish to exchange an item for a different item, you must return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged items
We carefully check all items for damage and defects before shipping, however if you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
